Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales & Vendor Management Executive to join our team. This role involves directly engaging with material vendors and trucking companies to onboard them onto our platform. The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting and entering critical data, including material types, pricing, truck availability, and hauling rates, to facilitate seamless aggregate sourcing and hauling services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and visit material vendors and trucking companies to onboard them onto our platform.
• Explain the benefits of our app and ensure seamless onboarding of vendors and trucking companies.
• Gather and enter accurate details about materials, pricing, truck availability, and hauling rates into our system.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and trucking companies to ensure continued engagement.
• Address vendor queries and provide support in using the platform.
• Work closely with internal teams to optimize vendor and trucking company participation.
• Track and report onboarding progress and market insights.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, vendor management, business development, or a related role.
• Prior experience in logistics, trucking, construction materials, or the transportation industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel locally to meet vendors and trucking companies.
• Proficiency in using mobile applications and data entry systems.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
